Gwyneth Arlandson is a Leasing Coordinator at Boston Urban. Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & The Built Environment from the University of Denver in June 2025, she brings a fresh perspective to the east coast real estate scene. During her studies, Gwyneth developed a strong foundation in market analysis, property evaluation, and leasing operations. At Boston Urban, she supports tenant acquisition and retention efforts, coordinating leasing processes and helping to foster vibrant tenant relationships.
Outside of work Gwyneth resides in the South End and enjoys attending different yoga classes, trying new restaurant spots, running, and spending time with her dog!
